Any attempt by the customer to alter, add to, or amend these terms will be considered a material modification of the agreement and, as such, will be rendered invalid, with or without the customer’s acknowledgment. These terms and conditions are also subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice. Therefore, we encourage customers to review these terms prior to making any order.

Refunds Policy

Paid Services
The price for each user guide is $29.95.
Upon purchasing a user manual, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the order. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you cannot locate it in your inbox, please reach out to help@farming-constructionmanuals.com and our customer support team will assist you.
Our team will then process your manual request. Depending on the age and type of manual requested, this can take up to 48 hours. Our support team will be in touch if the search is taking longer than 48 hours. If our support team requires further information to locate your manual, they will email you directly. Once we have located your manual, a link to the requested user manual will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
If you have not recieved your manual, please check your junk mail and bulk email folder as it may have been filtered by your email provider. If you cannot locate, please reach out to john@farming-constructionmanuals.com and our support team will assist you in locating the manual promptly.
Our team strives to provide your user manuals as quickly as possible. If the manual is not in our database, we will perform an additional internet search at no extra cost to you. However, we cannot guarantee that we will always find the exact manual requested. If the manual is past a certain date it may not be available digitally. Some requests may be too generic, the manual may not exist, or it may be unavailable at the time of the request. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund by contacting us.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only to the credit or debit card used for the initial purchase. For orders at $29.95 a fee of $2.28 will be taken from your initial order amount to cover processing fees.
If you have requested a refund; once we receive your refund request, it will be queued and processed in our bank system in the order received. Refund requests typically occur when a customer does not receive the specific manual requested. The refund process can take up to 12 business days.
If we cannot locate your specific manual within 10 days, our team will refund your order amount of less $2.28 to your original card or payment method.
If you are unhappy with your user manual or it is not correct, please reach out to help@farming-constructionmanuals.com and our support team will assist. Due to model changes and country locations, sometimes we may have to send multiple manuals to ensure you get the correct one. Please reach out to our team directly rather than opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal as we can resolve quickly and easily via email.
Cancellation Policy
We are confident in the quality of our services and believe you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if things do not go as planned, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, simply email us at orderrefunds@farming-constructionmanuals.com and our support team will handle the refund for you. We will always process a full refund promptly, credited back to your original payment method. We aim to satisfy all of our customers and ensure that we deliver the correct user manuals in a prompt manner.
Price Modifications
Construction and Farming Manuals reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any pricing discrepancies or errors will be corrected, and we reserve the right to cancel any order.
Typographical Errors
Construction and Farming Manuals is not liable for typographical errors, inaccurate prices, or invalid coupon codes listed by third-party websites, forums, or affiliates.
Promotional Offers
Promotions, offers, and pricing are limited to specific periods and quantities and are subject to availability.
Redistribution and Resale Restrictions
